IPLC is leased line which linked point-to-point connection together. It is very stable and secure between two points only, in other words, it means that leased line can only be one company. When a company would like to install IPLC in their internet networks, others equipment are necessary to work with this (such as routers, switches, etc). IPLC is the most expensive solution, although it is stable, but it is complex and time-consuming. |

General Internet broadband is a very common telecommunication services in the market. Normally, it is not a tailor-made service to the customers. The speed of uploading and downloading are not maintained in the acceptable levels. Although broadband is much better solution than a 56K modem, but it is still sometime unstable and relatively low security. However, the price of this is rather low than the IPLC. |
